Let’s Make Something!
Our workshops bring people together to learn hands-on creative skills in a welcoming, low-pressure space; no experience necessary. We’re less concerned with perfection and more interested in cultivating an environment where creativity feels possible for everyone.
Join us for an afternoon of pumpkin painting at Inheritance Studio. Each participant receives two pumpkins (your choice of white or orange, small or medium) and access to all of our paints, brushes, and paint pens. Light refreshments included. All ages and skill levels welcome. Whether you're going for something spooky or whimsical, this is a no-pressure creative afternoon.

Collage Club is an evening gathering for anyone who loves cutting, pasting, layering, and making something out of paper. Whether you are junk journaling, card making, or collaging, this club is for you!
Bring your own project, your own materials, or just yourself. We have paper, glue, magazines, and a huge box of vintage prints, scrapbooking paper, maps, and a lot of other cool paper items.
Suggested sliding scale contribution: $0, $5, or $8. No experience needed.
When: First Wednesday of the month November 4th

Get ready for Multnomah Village's Trick or Treat with a one-of-a-kind bag you made yourself. Each participant receives a cotton tote bag to decorate however they like. We will provide the bags, paint, paint pens, fabric scraps, hot glue, and sewing materials. Spooky, silly, or somewhere in between— there are no rules. Families welcome, all ages encouraged.
Sliding scale: $5–$10 per bag. Drop in anytime during the session.

Flower Embroidery Workshop
Learn the basics of floral embroidery in this relaxed, beginner-friendly 2-hour workshop at Inheritance Studio!
We'll learn simple embroidery stitches and use flower-shaped guides to create your own embroidered design. You can bring a canvas tote, clothing item, or other fabric piece you'd like to embellish, or use our materials to create a floral fabric patch that you can sew onto something later.
No previous embroidery experience is necessary. All embroidery floss, hoops, fabric, and flower guides are provided.
