No experience needed. All materials provided.

When: Thursday, November 19

Time: 5:30-8:00pm

Where: Inheritance Studio, Cottage 4, 7688 SW Capitol Highway, Portland

Price: Sliding scale $25-45, suggested $35*

About the instructor: Richard has been making art since childhood, from painting and sculpture to drawing. He has taught throughout his career at places like St. Mary’s Academy and Linn Benton Community College. In his studio in the Willamette Valley, he paints places he has visited, but what lands on the paper is the remembered feeling of them: windy days, foggy mornings, peaceful afternoons. He believes original art should be reasonably available to anyone, so he makes small signed original notecards.

*We provide our passes and some workshops on a sliding scale to give more people access to our programming. The “Standard” rate is our suggested rate, but choose whatever works for you!
